Nitrogen Close-Circuit System: Safe And Cost-Saving

In recent years, the country's requirements for safe production have gradually increased, and supervision has continued to increase, which has caused pharmaceutical companies to raise the standards of safe production accordingly. Taking the raw material medicine crushing process as an example, a large amount of static electricity will be generated when the materials collide with each other. Once they encounter sparks in a confined space, the risk of explosion is very high. For example, on January 29, 2003, an explosion occurred at a pharmaceutical factory in the western United States, resulting in 6 deaths and 38 injuries. On February 7, 2008, a sugar dust explosion occurred at the Royal Sugar Company in Georgia, USA, resulting in 14 deaths and 36 serious injuries. Therefore, how to reduce the hidden danger of explosion caused by the crushing process has become the focus of attention of pharmaceutical machinery companies.

Under the premise that the ignition energy of the raw drug material cannot be changed, and the generation of static electricity cannot be completely eliminated.
